Student Debt Retirement (SDR) enrollment campaign toolkit

Campaign details

What is the goal of this campaign?

The goal of this three-touch email campaign to is make newly-SDR eligible participants aware of their opportunity to enroll in this benefit.

Who will receive this campaign?

Active employees who become newly eligible for their company SDR benefit will receive this campaign, through one of two ways:

1. New eligibility through product implementation
2. New eligibility through hire or plan sponsor discretion

Enrolling in SDR through any of these three touches removes participants from any subsequent touches and/or instances of this campaign, as well as any other SDR pre-enrollment awareness campaigns.

What is the call to action?

All touches will drive participants to the SDR enrollment page in NetBenefits. Please note that only eligible participants can view the SDR enrollment page.

Campaign structure, cadence and creative

This is a three-touch email campaign sent upon the initial day of new eligibility (T = Day 0). Each touch is sent seven (7) days apart.

Email will be distributed based on the following messaging hierarchy:

1. Employee-provided email
2. Employer-provided email
One (1) postcard print backup touch is sent for participants with no email address on file.
