Eligibility Criteria: Clients with participant advice and Financial Wellness
What is the communication goal? Encourage employees to engage in our March programming and resources (some of which will be on Fidelity.com) that provide them with actionable steps to work toward their next money goal. Who will receive these communications: Active women participants age 18 or over with a balance greater than $0; women participants age 18 or over with a minimum balance of $1,000 who have been separated for a minimum of 75 days. Executive Services clients. If gender data is not provided by the employer or available, those participants will also receive the communication.
Email distribution hierarchy: Employee-provided email address, Employer-provided email address (not used with separated participants).
